By commissioning me you agree to my TOS:

  • I can decline anyone's commissions for any reason

  • Any commissions requested that includes any hateful/offensive symbols will be declined and you'll be blacklisted

  • I do not allow my art to be used for Nfts or anything that is related to it, or be used to train AI art

  • My art can only be used for personal, non-commercial uses ex: (pfp, banners, etc.)

  • Payment is upfront no refund, use Ko-fi or PayPal, currency is by USD

  • If there's any questions you can always dm me before commissioning

  • preferred communication and delivery through twitter, instagram, email, or discord: dlovolp

  • Give references, color palettes, etc. with commission

  • A sketch will be sent to give a chance for revisions

  • Art might take to 3-7 days or weeks depending on the commission, tell me if there's a deadline before I accept the commission

  • All my artwork will have my watermark on it

  • The finished commission will be sent on a google drive for higher resolution

  • I have the rights to upload the artwork on my social media
